InterviewFlowAI Alternatives: 6 AI Interview Tools Compared
Six InterviewFlowAI alternatives compared by interview format, who each suits and published pricing, for teams that want to start without a sales call.
InterviewFlowAI is self-serve AI interview software: you sign up, pay from $59 a month, and candidates take a two-way AI interview by video or phone. Teams look at InterviewFlowAI alternatives when the features they need sit on a higher plan, when they want an interview that never asks for a camera, when they need more evidence behind each ranking, or when they'd rather buy from a vendor with a longer track record; InterviewFlowAI says it was founded in 2025.
This page compares six InterviewFlowAI alternatives and competitors: Classet, CodeSignal AI Interviewer, DIO, HeyMilo, Interviewer.AI and Ribbon. Four of them publish prices, so you can compare before talking to anyone.
Dio makes DIO, one of the tools on this page. Details checked on October 13, 2026 from each vendor's own website (other sources are named where used); products and prices change, so check the vendor's site before deciding.

What is InterviewFlowAI?
InterviewFlowAI calls itself AI interview software that screens every applicant, built for startups, agencies and talent teams. Candidates take a fully conversational two-way interview by video or phone call at any hour, with email reminders. It also offers audio-only and role-play interviews, more than 100 skill assessments, and a notetaker for recruiters' own calls. It supports 16 languages and 10 voices, gives scorecards, rankings and transcripts, and uses face and eye tracking, tab-switch detection and a Trust Score against cheating. The roles it names include sales, call-center and software engineering, for high-volume and global hiring.
Its pricing, on October 13, 2026:
| Plan | Price | Interview credits | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | $59 a month | 20 | No phone interviews or ATS integrations |
| Growth | $299 a month | 303 | $0.99 a credit; $250 a month billed yearly |
| Scale | $499 a month | 505 | Adds cheat detection; $0.99 a credit; $416.60 a month billed yearly |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Priced on request |
A 7-day trial includes 10 credits. Its site names no ATS, but Greenhouse documents an integration with it. InterviewFlowAI's about page says it was founded in 2025 by Mukul Munjal, its CEO, and Tushar Tuteja, and its privacy policy names the company as Axonflow Innovations Private Limited. Its homepage says "no bias" without saying how that was measured, and we didn't find a bias audit or a policy on human review described on its site.
Why do teams compare InterviewFlowAI with other tools?
- Plan limits. Phone interviews and ATS integrations start on Growth at $299 a month, and cheat detection on Scale at $499, so the $59 plan suits a trial more than a rollout.
- Camera. Its cheating checks include face and eye tracking. Teams that don't want to ask candidates for a camera ask which checks apply to audio-only interviews, or look at voice-only tools.
- Evidence behind rankings. Rankings are useful only if a recruiter can see why one candidate sits above another.
- Track record. A company founded in 2025 has fewer reference customers to call. That matters more to some buyers than others.
Which InterviewFlowAI alternatives are worth comparing?
The six tools below are listed alphabetically. Each entry covers what the tool is, how it differs from InterviewFlowAI and what to check, drawn from the vendor's own pages.
Classet
Classet is an AI recruiting platform for hourly and frontline roles in staffing, skilled trades, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics. Its AI recruiter, Joy, handles the first phone interview and follow-ups: Joy calls candidates, and a Call to Apply hiring number lets candidates ring in at any hour. Each criterion is marked met or not met with the candidate's words quoted, the overall fit is Strong, Good, Borderline or Weak, and Classet says Joy never rejects anyone. Joy works in 25+ languages, and Classet says a third party audits it for bias monthly.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: phone interviews on every plan, priced per completed interview. Its plans start at $249 a month billed annually ($349 month to month) for 50 completed interviews, then $5 for each extra; Scale is $999 a month billed annually for 250, then $4 each.
What to check: ATS sync is Enterprise-only, from $1,995 a month, and no browser or video interview is described. The trial is 20 free interviews and needs a card.
CodeSignal AI Interviewer
CodeSignal, known for technical assessments, sells an AI Interviewer for first-round, skills-based screens. Candidates enter a phone number or join from a browser for a voice interview of about 15 minutes, which can be configured. Prebuilt interviewers cover sales, finance, marketing, accounting, recruiting, BDR and product roles, custom ones are possible, and CodeSignal suggests it for an engineering behavioral screen before technical rounds; the coding itself runs in its separate assessments. It asks follow-up questions when answers are thin, scores competencies on a 1–5 scale with an overall score and a transcript with rationale, and raises cheating and fraud flags. CodeSignal says its I/O psychology team tunes each agent against human raters before launch, and the interviewer supports 20+ languages on the web and by phone.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: published prices too, from a technical-assessment vendor, with interviewers built for specific roles. Build is $79 a month billed annually for 60 credits a year, or $99 a month for 5 credits a month; Grow is $479 a month billed annually for 420 credits a year, or $599 a month for 35 a month; Pro is custom, according to its pricing page.
What to check: a credit is used whenever a candidate starts an assessment, AI interview or live interview, and extra credits are $20 each, so the cost climbs at volume. Plans differ in which interviewer roles they include, and ATS integrations are basic on Grow and fuller on Pro.
DIO
DIO is the AI interviewer made by Dio, which publishes this page. Candidates open a link the recruiter shares and hold a structured voice interview in the browser whenever it suits them, with a microphone and never a camera; most interviews take about 15 minutes. DIO drafts the interview plan from the job description, which the recruiter reviews and edits, follows up when an answer is thin or vague, and at the end answers the candidate's own questions from a Q&A the recruiter has reviewed.
Each competency is rated 1 to 5 against anchors written for the role. Every score must quote the candidate's exact words, which are checked against the transcript, and two different AI models grade each competency independently; when the evidence isn't there, or the models disagree about whether it is, the score is left blank rather than guessed. Knockout questions flag an answer for a recruiter to review, and a person on your team makes every hiring decision.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: one format, a voice interview with no camera at any point, built around evidence: every score shows the words that earned it, and a score appears only when both models find them.
What to check: interviews are in English only, where InterviewFlowAI supports 16 languages, and there are no role-play interviews or skill assessments. Dio doesn't send invitations itself, so the link goes out through your own email, ATS or job posting, and results leave as CSV or Excel exports and a PDF summary of each interview.
HeyMilo
HeyMilo is an AI recruiter for teams swamped by applications. Its AI phone interviews call the candidate or send a browser audio link, and its AI video interviews listen, respond and ask follow-up questions. It also screens by SMS, runs knockout questions on forms, offers scenario-based skill assessments and books a calendar slot after the screen. Scores are configurable fit scores with a plain-language rationale, and it names ATSs including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Bullhorn, Avionté and JobDiva.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: sold through a demo rather than self-serve, to high-volume teams, staffing agencies, BPOs and franchises, with a named auditor: its responsible AI page says Warden AI runs monthly bias audits and that the AI is not making hiring decisions.
What to check: pricing isn't published. Its pages list 20+ languages on the homepage and 14+ on the phone and video pages. See HeyMilo alternatives.
Interviewer.AI
Interviewer.AI is an AI video interview platform for hiring teams, staffing agencies and universities, which also offers mock interviews for job seekers. Candidates record one-way AI video interviews, and from the Professional plan an AI avatar can hold a conversational interview. It gives AI summaries and scoring; candidates can answer in 13 languages, though it says scoring works best in English and major global languages. Professional adds fraud checks: multiple-voice detection, lip-sync anomaly flags and flags for screen or prompt assistance.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: also self-serve with published prices, and video-first. Its plans are Essential at $199 a month for 50 credits and 20-minute interviews, and Professional at $399 a month for 120 credits, 30-minute interviews, the avatar and the fraud checks. Credits roll over, a conversational interview uses 2 credits, annual billing gives 2 months free, and the trial is 14 days.
What to check: candidates need a camera, and ATS integrations are on Enterprise only.
Ribbon
Ribbon's AI interviewer, Bonnie, runs structured voice and video interviews at any hour on a phone or computer with a modern browser, follows up when an answer needs more detail, and sends invitations by SMS, email or WhatsApp. It supports 10+ languages, gives rubric scores and a recommendation, says it syncs with 60+ ATSs, naming Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, UKG and Workable, and flags integrity signals such as looking away, background voices and scripted answers for a reviewer. Ribbon says the final hiring decision remains entirely with the human recruiter.
Compared with InterviewFlowAI: a higher entry price for an allowance of interviews rather than credits. Ribbon's plans, billed annually, are Growth at $499 a month for 100 interviews, Business at $999 for 400 and Scale at $1,999 for 1,000, with a 7-day free trial on all but Enterprise.
What to check: overage on Growth is $4.00 an interview, and billing is annual. See Ribbon alternatives.
How do you choose an InterviewFlowAI alternative?
Self-serve tools are easy to start and easy to outgrow. Five questions help you pick one you won't replace in six months.
- Price the plan you'd actually need. List the features you can't do without, such as phone interviews, ATS integration and cheat detection, and find the cheapest plan on each tool that has all of them. That number, not the entry price, is the comparison.
- Compare the unit, not the headline. InterviewFlowAI charges $0.99 a credit on Growth and Scale, CodeSignal $20 an extra credit, Classet $5 or $4 an extra interview and Ribbon $4.00 to $2.50 in overage. Work out the cost of 100 completed interviews on each. Our screening cost calculator gives you the in-house figure to compare against.
- Decide whether a camera belongs in your first round. Video tells you more about presentation and asks more of the candidate. For roles where that matters, it's worth it; for many first-round screens, a voice interview covers the same questions and asks less of the candidate. Our comparison of AI screening interview formats goes through each.
- Check the evidence behind each ranking. Ask for a scorecard from a pilot and trace every rating to what the candidate said. Our guide on how AI interview scoring works explains what to look for.
- Ask who you'd call when something breaks. Ask each vendor how long it has run interviews like yours, for two customers you can speak to, and what support comes with your plan.
