A completed interview: the candidate reaches DIO's closing, or ends early after at least 5 minutes, and DIO produces a scorecard. Invites, link opens, no-shows, calls under 5 minutes that didn't finish and anything that fails on our side never count.
Every account starts with a 7-day trial of up to 10 completed interviews, whichever runs out first, with everything in Standard. The 7 days start the day you create your account. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep interviewing; your roles, candidates and scorecards stay.
Each extra interview is billed at your plan's rate: $5.00 on Lite, $4.50 on Standard and $3.50 on Plus. You can move to a larger plan at any time.
A plan billed yearly costs ten times its monthly price, so two months are free. The year's interviews are one pool you can use in any month, up to half of them in a single month.

If you sign before 31 December 2027, your price stays the same until then. After that, a renewal can rise by at most 5% a year, with 90 days' notice.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you've paid for.
Recordings, transcripts and scorecards are stored in Canada (Montreal). Live voice, transcription, scoring and analytics run on US subprocessors.
