For candidates
Your AI interview with DIO: what to expect.
A hiring team has invited you to a short voice interview with DIO, an AI interviewer. Here is what you need, how it goes, and what happens to your answers.
01 · BeforeBefore you start
- Open the link the hiring team sent you. Dio does not send invitations itself.
- Find a quiet place, and use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- You need a microphone. A camera is never required.
- Have your résumé ready: you add it, with your name and email, before you join.
02 · DuringDuring the interview
- Before you join, you agree to the recording and check your microphone and sound. Nothing is recorded until you start.
- DIO asks about your experience for the role and follows up on what you say. Most interviews take about 15 minutes.
- You can ask DIO to repeat or skip a question, turn on captions, or end the interview at any time.
- Each link works once. If the connection drops, contact the recruiter.
03 · AfterAfter the interview
- Your recording, transcript and résumé go to the hiring team that invited you.
- DIO does not decide whether you are hired, and you will not see a score. A person at the company reviews your interview and makes the decision.
- To have your interview deleted, ask the hiring team. They can delete the recording, the transcript and the scorecard.
